Protein translocation

This lecture explains about the protein translocation process and the mechanism of protein translocation in mitochondria, golgi bodies, nucleus, lysosomes and other organelles in cell. the process of protein translocation through endomembrane system is also known as protein trafficking.
Three types of protein translocation are explained in this video lecture –
1. protein translocation in mitochondria
2. Protein translocation in er and lysosome
3. Protein translocation in nucleus with nuclear pore complex and Ran proteins.
