  1. Hello, I was messaging because I wanted some insight about what could I take to increase my fertility. I know mitochondrial health is good for sperm health too. My sperm count wasn’t good and I started taking L-Carnitine, Fenugreek, Ashwagandha, Maca, Black Seed Oil, a multivitamin and CoQ10. Do you think these will help?

  2. What's a good way to test your mitochondria function before starting to improve it so that you can retest and see if there is a real improvement in function?

  3. Excellent video, thanks!! I am on my second day of intermittent fasting and will definitely going to check on the video talking about nutrition during feeding window.

  4. Ray Peat and Georgi Dinkov (the bioenergetic approach) support glucose is a superior fuel because Mitochondria can produce more atp and the byproduct (CO2) is still useful to oxygen absorption, whereas the byproducts of ketones (lactic acid) and protein (ammonia) are poisons to the body.

  5. good info but ketosis long term not good! theres a reason no animal on earth are in dietary ketosis, its a fasting state! if carbs were bad we wouldnt have colour vision (only sugar searching animals have this) and starch digestive enzymes to break down starch into sugar from the moment the carbs hit our mouth

  6. Dr Jockers I’m taking your recommendation to take glucosamine for the purpose of bypassing glycolysis. Do you have a recommendation of what type of glucosamine is best for this purpose?

    Thanks in advance

  7. Having had CFS/ME for 20 years I've tried too many things to count, including everything listed here simultaneously. I was more physically active obviously but that was it. Still completely exhausted from wake to collapsing into bed everyday. The 2 things that, given our symptoms, are next to impossible to control are good quality sleep and low stress.
    Any comments worth mentioning?

  8. I wish there was a product that included the majority of these vitamins/supplements,
do you know of any? I take some of these but it's hard taking so many pills.
I wish you could develop a formula that included the most. Thank you for great info.
