I’m a 48 year old woman and I think my mito are not functioning optimally after contracting Covid 2x in 3 months (thanks kids lol). My muscle function is in the toilet. I’m going to slowly work my way up to HIIT. I already take coq10, mag, carnitine. I may add NR and vit E as well.
