Traditional Yoga Live Classes 26th March 2020



Dr. Kumar explains about the various spices and Ayurveda Herbs Cloves, Ginger, Garlic, Oils (Oregano, Turmeric, Eucalyptus etc.,)
Nasya (Snuff) to protect respiratory and upper throat infections have been discussed that can be used to improve immunity and prevent infections.

Gentle zero resistance yoga stretches have been shown.

Dr. ALV Kumar’s Live Yoga classes conducted daily will be streamed from 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM (IST) from Monday through Saturday.

The focus will be to address the issues and concerns revolving around COVID-19, and how we can all protect and safeguard ourselves, through the right nutrition, meditation, exercise and life style changes to be incorporated in our daily lives.

Dr. ALV Kumar will bring a blend of Science and Spirituality to help us navigate through these difficult times.

Traditional Yoga is a not for profit organisation, involved in bringing Traditional Yogic practices to the masses through training programs, workshops, seminars and meditation retreats.
