The “Explain Yourself” series gives early-career biologists a chance to practice their science communication skills in a relaxed interview with Sheryl. Learn about their research and see that scientists come in all kinds! If you or someone you know would be an awesome guest on Explain Yourself, send us an email!

  1. More good stuff- I don't have a question, just throwing a crumpet to help the rhythm of Al Gore. I'm not surprised that a biology channel is slower to build that, e.g., an astrophysics channel. These days you can not discuss biology without being political. Betelgeuse is going supernova? What should I do? Is there a petition? The beetles are going extinct? I'm sorry! I'll recycle my mayonnaise jar- but it takes so much water to clean it- there's no hope! Talk to me about the stars…

  2. Wow! You really know your stuff. Thank you for sharing your brilliant knowledge and what you're doing in terms of Environmental Studies. Good Luck with your Titmouse studies this summer! – Stewart.
