  7. Ladies i dont know that i would do as strict a fasting schedule as dr jockers. He is young and Male. The Canary in the coal mine is a thyroid and that strict a fasting schedule could a really disrupt your thyroid If you’re a woman start out with maybe A511 schedule that’s 5 days of Maybe an 8 hour to 10 hour eating window, One day where you only have 1 meal and then 1 day where you don’t eat junk but eat a little more than you normally would and have 3 full meals so you have a feast day. Not a bad idea to put the feast day either behind or in front of the one meal day. That’s a very strict fasting schedule that doctor jockers has and that’s the quickest way to ruin your hormones and your metabolism. No harm and starting slow and then testing the waters and restricting a little more . Doctor jockers I know you feature doctor Dan pompa before Dan pompa has some of the best fasting videos out there called diet variation and he talks about feasting and fasting. . Remember what works for one does not work for all. Good luck
