Definitely a good one haha, needed to hear it. Ive been stuck at 190 for what seems like a couple months, but more like a month.. Im still increasing on lifts and reps so i tell myself to chill about the weight and fatloss but its hard when I was seeing alot more changes earlier in the year, but ya patience and consistency is what I need.

So to be clear, even if you are not seeing Level 4 changes (in body size/composition) there may be positive changes in Levels 1-3 that are advantageous for fat loss even if they aren't superficially evident. Did I get that right?
