I've been swimming an hour in 57 degree water๐ first couple times my wrists hurt and fingers were hard to use but now I get in like nothing no pain still a rush tho
A good video and an intelligent discussion of this topic. I was curious about the benefits of walking in cold weather and how to dress for reasonable cold therapy benefits? Obviously you get total body exposure with the baths and showers. Basically I was wondering if there are certain "hot spots" that might be good to have exposure – head, arms, legs etc? Thx and I hope you get more views.
