100 DAY WIM HOF METHOD ICE BATH CHALLENGE | 10 Things I learned



Here are 10 things I’ve learned from a 100 day Wim Hof Method ice bath challenge!

This challenge pushed me to find many things such as discipline, relaxation, inner fortitude, kindness towards myself, and many other things. Wim Hof advises to “never force”, and I suggest the same. Take the ice baths slowly, and start off with cold showers if you are interested. I did the Wim Hof method breathing, at least 1 round as well. Towards the end of the challenge, I turned this into a contrast therapy, finishing off with 20min of the sauna after the bath.
