Cold Thermogenesis Routine- Ice Bath Wim Hof Method
The process and routine of my cold tub. There isn’t a single human that would not benefit from Cold Thermogenesis. I share several reasons why in the video. If you have a disease it is even more important for you.
I always start off drinking 16-32 oz ice water. Sometimes I will do wim hof breathing before getting in.
It was actually Dr. Jack Kruse’s Cold Thermogenesis blog series that got me getting in the cold water rather then Wim Hof. Read it it will change your life. It has mine.
