I took cold showers for 30 days in an attempt to boost my mental fortitude and burn fat. Cold showers never became enjoyable over the past 30 days, but my ability to dive right in and plunge myself into momentary discomfort did improve. As cold showers effects on fat loss, the verdict is still out but I plan to continue experimenting with different forms of cold thermogenesis to burn fat, boost my immune system, help with hormone regulation, and fortify my resolve to face uncomfortable situations head on!
