  1. The feet are how I gauge the temperature outside. If I'm not barefoot it's the kind of cold that just burns. Tho here in Alaska salmoans are flip flop and shorts 365

  2. Yo Jesse, is Wim Hof Breathing safe to do lying down? On your back? I was concerned about the potential of choking on your tongue if you accidentally reach the pass out point.

  3. Hey Jesse! Do you find these shorts help to bring in more new audience? I'm considering to make some myself. Would be interested to hear your experience!
Aside form that, I love you content bro! Thanks for sharing so much great info on cold therapy 🙏💕

  4. Been doing 10 min in cold pool water for about 3 weeks now finally trying it out, could say I’m a professional meditate-r at this point.😂

  5. Happy Birthday!I tried to ask a question in the live birthday session, but you had to get off. I was wondering if you had any advice for doing the breath work with a stuffy nose. I suffer from allergies and on days when I have to breathe through my mouth I don't feel like I'm getting the benefits that I do when I breathe through my nose and my retention times seem to fall short. Any advice from a former allergy sufferer to a current one?

  6. I did a 23 minute walk in -15°C windchill and I discovered I have never exposed my lungs so much to cold air. It feels weird having my lungs feel so cold. I got kinda panicked about it. My body was still warm, but lungs felt cold but breathed out warm air.

  7. Have you ever experienced or felt close to afterdrop after simply going out like that. Or is it „softer“ than getting yourself in that cold water. How long would you recommend to walk around like that for beginners? l

  8. Hi Jesse. I take cold showers every morning for a year now, always feel good, but if I stay outside in the cold air almost immediately my throat starts to get sore and I feel like getting “sick”. Don’t know why. I have rhinitis, don’t know if it is interfering.
