  1. I read the title to this video really quickly without my glasses and saw it as 'how to minimise condiments'…by brain went off on a tangent, wondering if I really did NEED that balsamic vinegar! anyway, another great video guys.

  2. I am experiencing an emotional attachment to a person at the moment, who also happens to be the type that would leave you hanging and it hurts. I also experience attachment to work, to a better future which makes me work harder than anyone else in the room but i also know that i am yet to learn how to derive self sufficiency from myself maybe, but anything other than other people or a never ending to do list.I should be able to achieve my goals, and nurture my life with a social aspect, but not get attached to it and completely shatter into pieces when rejection hits my way. When a seed is planted in soil,it first has to break open before it starts giving the plant. Maybe i am just breaking open too, being prepared for the beauty i deserve in my life. Thank you guys for this beautiful and helpful segment. You are changing so many lives to the better.

  3. Fantastic video, great subject. Say no to commitments that do not bring joy. Rethink every choice you make and determine to simplify life by being committed only to those things that you really put your heart into 🙂

  4. I know there is a like button to show that I liked the video, but it's just not enough for me.
this is something I've been struggling with recently, and the concept of Minimalism helped me a lot, but this video just put things in perspective.
I guess what I'm trying to say is thanx.
