  1. I've been drinking 3 quarts of iced green tea a day for a few years. I cold brew it at least 6 hours in the refrigerator, never with hot water. Cold brewing doubles the catechins and halves the tannins and caffeine. No bitterness, no Sweetener needed.

  3. This video made me want to make green tea lol what are some good brands of green tea? I don’t think the Walmart brand is very good 😌 or are they all the same
