  2. Hey Jesse, recent subscriber, but was hoping you could answer a question. I've been practicing Wim Hof breathing and cold showers for about 2 weeks. But I saw in one of your videos you recommend to breath through the nose and out the mouth. For Wim Hof breathing I purely do mouth as sometimes a nostril gets plugged and makes it harder to fully inhale, is mouth breathing only still as beneficial as in the nose and out the mouth? Thank you and keep up the great work!

  3. NICE TIP. Will wait till I shiver just a little to activate brown fat. BROWN FAT is the most important part for me. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks for excellent and practical topics as usual.

  4. Interesting, I just finished reading Scott Carney's book and it suggests you should try and prevent shivering to activate brown fat. I'll have to check out the research. 🙂
