  1. I`ve been an insomnia patient for several years. Nevertheless by the help of this sleep program , Sυnodoz Plan , Go ogle it ,, I was able to get a great sleep each night. I heard almonds and two kiwi gives blissful slep plus 2 hours more. So breakfast is magnesium citrate, B6, B12, 1000acorbis C, omaga 3 codliver, glucosamine. Acidophilus for breakfast? Massala tea and oddly with coconut chatney. Malinonin now… Panilian gland. What food stimulates it.? Dark chocolate. So Drew, next generation, hot chocolate to replace massala tea and coffee?
