This is my favorite way to start the day. My pool temperature ranges between 40 and 55 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter so it is perfect for an exhilarating dip in the morning.
I usually stay in for 2-3 minutes and that is enough to release endorphins, activate thermogenesis and lower inflammation.
