  2. I have been lchf but I was sick all the time. My kids were sick with pneumonia and bronchitis and we found out after some blood work I had Cirs. I’m basically like a broken record now. You can do all these things but if you are living in a toxic environment you need to get out. ! Some houses can be remediated ours couldn’t especially since we didn’t own it.

  4. Don't take guinea pig toxic nano-bot Bill Gates funded 666 vaccine when it comes out. You don't need a frikken vaccine of any type! A healthy immune system in a healthy body is INFINITELY more protective than anything invented by big Pharma which screws up your immune system.

  5. Woohoo thank you for reassuring me that I ain't the only one who takes cold showers even during the winter months. I have started my cold showers training since 2015 and touch wood not suffering from any coughs colds or flu.
    I juz can't get enough cold showers it's so addictive!!

  6. Hello..
    Generally I take a cold shower when I wake up at seven am, the few espressos. Afterwards I walk for five to six miles and exercise. I eat at one pm some Avocado and olive oil.. a short nap.
    I eat again sometimes I include carbs at seven pm I stop eating. At night I smoke three or four cigarettes twice a week some beer..and usually I full asleep at midnight.
    Twice a week I do Wim Hof breathing when I wake up (4 rounds).
    My height is six three and I weight now 178 pounds..
    I worry that I'm loosing too much weight..
    Any suggestions??

  7. Hi there thank you for the information. I am a group exercise instructor, since our lockdown I just went into a deep depression and hasn't exercised for 6 weeks. I plan to restart tomorrow. Will it mean by not exercising I lost the benefits of my previous fit lifestyle or will my body remember and recover Immune boosting effects quickly?

  8. i've increased my feeding window from 2-4 hours to 7-8 hours, and i've reduced the weekly intensity of my workouts, with only 3-4 days of heavy lifting instead of 5, and 2-3 light steady state active recovery cardio workouts a weeks instead of 1. i want less overall hormetic stress. with all this economic uncertainty, and concern over our older and/or imunocompromized family members, stress is unavoidably higher than normal. hormetic stress is about the minimal effective dose. less is more. or at least it is for now. but i no longer have one cheat meal a week. literally no sugar in over eight weeks. not worth it.

  9. Sorry guys, but I am so sick of hearing this stuff every day of the world. I have type 2 diabetes and this is all I hear. I just want doctors and scientists to make a way for me to just be normal. They say their all so smart. Oh they know this or they know that, then fix it! Don't make me have to be deprived all my life! I want to eat normal food , not salads and all that crap, I don't like it, neither does the majority of people , that's they don't eat it , we like sugar and fat.. Why can't I eat sugar like everyone else. Oh dear…I ate a apple now my blood sugar skyrocketed to 425 …oh no… I should have known better…I should have eaten grass instead. Not every once in awhile, every minute of every day, year after year. I'm so sick of it! And I don't want to exercise, I don't like it! Instead of making drugs that just treat the symptoms like metformin ect. So they can make more money off me, they should cure the problem so I could be normal. I'm sick of it!
