  1. I take 3 minutes warm shower to wash my hair (I have extremely thick and dense hair and canโ€˜t wash it with cold water) and then 3 minutes of the coldest. Works great for me

  2. I would love to take a cold shower but when I try to get in I get so fearful what can I do to push my body to get in the cold shower like a warrior (note I did it before and I felt soo blissful because it created DMT and when I got out I felt so warm)

  3. Hi Mike, have you tried going 50/50 – First half ice cold, 2nd half really hot? You'll still get that mental challenge of going into ice cold water every morning, along with the cardiovascular benefits also.
    It's a shame for you to miss out if you were feeling benefit, maybe this way could work?
