  1. Great tips! This is exactly what I needed.
    I live in an apartment so I bought a portable spa bath to put on my balcony of Amazon and it also fits in my shower. So I can start practicing in ice!

  2. Hey Jesse, I started the breathing exercises, and the cold showers..
    But I have a question to you or anyone who can help me.
    Why can I only hold my breath for 1 minuut 15 seconds? even the third round I dont seem to get any longer.
    And most people can atleast double that. Why is that?

  3. I ride my mtb almost every morning in the summer thru the dark forest to the dam. So early it is about 10 to 12 degrees Celsius shorts and t-shirt it is sexy cold. the way alone is a nice cold exposure… a short bath and back again. I love it. ☃️

  4. Hey Jesse……I live in Miami, FL where cold showers are not possible. Water is just not cold enough… solution was to buy a “solar shower bag” that sailors use to heat water in the sun for a warm shower. It holds 2.5 gals and I chill it in the fridge and it gives me a 40 degree cold shower……much cheaper than buying huge bags of ice or a horse trough. Not an ice bag but works in the tropics year round!

I needed this,, the new well is very cold but I haven't gotten in any ice water since the creeks thawed , I did move my old fridge ice bath out to our property this week,and it was talking to me I just could here thru all the busy stuff in life,and that's a good indicator that it is needed!!!   6. Good one this is exactly what I went through this summer in 🇦🇺. Now coming into our winter I’m loving it. Doesn’t get as cold as some of our other states in Australia I’m in Queensland. My pool is now down to 7° Celsius every morning 10 minutes 😜

  7. Have taken only 2 ice baths since beginning Wim Hoff. I have major issues with my feet. After just seconds I experience intense pain. It hurts and bad. Will definitely get your book. I want to master the ice bath.
