  1. The best thing to do is to go to a swimming center and take the icebath +8c that they offer.
    I do this 2 times a week for 5 minutes at a time and do that 3 times. So I am in the cold water up to my neck for 30 minutes a week.

  2. Is a shower cold enough to trigger cold exposure response? It doesn't seem even remotely close to working outdoor in a scandinavian country. I'm still taking cold showers but i'm thinking about switching to ice baths.
