There has been a lot of controversy over his claims, much like any Yogi or Monk still faces. But Wim Hof has been successful in coordinating with Scientific teams and they have explained how his method works. I am in no way affiliated to Wim or his team, but this method changed my life perspective and I really feel everyone should try it, rest is up to you. Can this be effective against providing immunity against Corona Virus (COVID-19)? Am not sure, maybe Master Wim Hof can answer that!

– Don’t take the method and techniques too lightly, they go deep and the effects can have a huge impact.
– Don’t do the breathing exercises in a swimming pool, before going underwater, beneath the shower or piloting any vehicle, without proper supervision. Always practice in a safe environment.
– Keep in mind to do the exercises without forcing them, gradually build up and don’t exceed your limits.
