  1. Come on Albert, what is this? Are you compiling advice from the quacks now?
    1. a 23 day fast is way too long. dr. Longo has shown metabolism may slow and never return to previous level. A fast for so long may be useful to treat serious health problems, but only under supervision.
    2. vegan diet, you know my thoughts on that.
    3. potato diet is starvation. guaranteed. period.
    4. maybe a combination of protein (fish) and may many high glycemic carbs can make you insulin resistant. fish is the best. fatty fish are divine. best proteins + preformed epa and dha plus many other nutrients. what more do you want?
    5. animal foods are not nutritious? tell that to our ancestors. all the great hunters and the protecting women raising children in the previous 3 million years of our existence. (sapiens are just the latest edition, about 2-3 hundred thousand years)

    I disliked the video and you forgot (again) to say "I love you" 😛
