Getting sunshine in Janaury. May make you look like a weido, but you will seem weird if you are healthy in this modern day.
Cold and the sun is one of the most beneficial things you can do. Cold helps shrink the distance between our respiratory proteins in our mitochondria which is known as percent heteroplasmy which is one of the best indictators of health.
Which will help to drive energy up.
Oxygen is very important. Try living without it. All food gets stripped down to electrons and protons. And then ultimately reduce down to oxygen. 2-3 mintues without it then you will be be brain dead or dead.
All diseases can be said to be a form of oxygen deprivation.
