  1. How much hydrogen peroxide do you put in? I have had a freezer for about six months with the same marine land filter and its starting to get a cloudy even if I change the water and clean it.

  2. Any thoughts if there is a benefit to the sudden plunge.. versus, something like being in a tub with room-temperature water, then adding 30 lbs of ice? It will of course take longer to reach the same temperature as the chest-freezer, but it may be much easier to do?

  3. Thanks for showing me this, I’m building a wood fired sauna now and trying to figure out a cold plunge. Can I ask how long you have used this? Trying to decide on something like this versus a ridiculous priced water chiller. Thanks again

  4. Does the outside exterior walls of the chest freezer ever heat up on you? I just bought one, and filled it up half way with water. dumped 60 lbs of ice in it, and plugged it in for the first time. the water temp is 46 degrees in roughly 8 hours. However, the exterior walls are VERY Hot to the touch. Has this ever happened to you ?

  5. I just bought that freezer from home depot….are you the one that left the review saying you use it for therapeutic reasons with the picture of it filled with water it would be crazy if that was you hahaa

  6. Awesome review. I have a freezer setup as well after taking that XPT coaching cert last year and seeing all the benefits. Definitely gonna frame it out like you did! Looks great. Quick question, with that peroxide you got. How much of it did you use and did you dilute it at all. I’m just using basic 3% and not sure if it’s doing much since my water doesn’t look so crystal clear all the time. Thanks again for sharing.
