  1. Hi Colin! just found your channel and I've been binge watching your videos! Keep up the good work! I've lost 45 kg the past 18 months, I'm down to a size UK 8 and now I'm happy about my weight/body expect for my lower belly. I feel like it's the only place left with stubborn fat on my body and I don't know how to get rid of it; It's so frustrating knowing how close I am to my body goal and the only thing that prevents me from loving my body is the fat stuck there. (I should mention I'm down to 1400 kcal a day although over Saturdays and Sundays it's more like 2200 kcal a day. I also exercise 5 days a week HIIT and weight training and my last reverse diet was over two weeks at the end of 2020) Do you have any recommendations, please?   3. For weight loss do you think doing a 3 week cut and a week at maintenance would be better than a continuous deficit. Along with every 3-6 months of doing that, taking a month at maintenance. I’ve seen a video from MISSFITANDNERDY about the mini cut cycle and how it prevents metabolic slowdown and plateaus in the long term.

    -strength goals for short women with bad genetics
    -Can you realistically add weight to the bar each week
    – in a lean bulk, Let’s say 200 cals surplus , how much goes to muscle building and how much goes to fat
    – calories in supplements Eg fish oil and bcaa. Should these be counted in your calorie budget.
