  2. Gee when Dom was in 🇦🇺, nothing new to me, but thanks for the broadcast.
    Well have been in the extreme low level of carbohydrates most days under 30 gr, sometimes under 15 gr and since 2014, and zero processed food or junk stuff since August 1999 , we are 71 & 73 without expenditure of $$$ of Medicare or the taxpayers other than blood test etc, many test we have to foot the bill ourselves, coronary calcium score, ldl sub fraction, lipoprotein (a), bone density when we you are under 70 and not free, and the list goes on.
