  2. Have you changed your mind about Flaxseed since your 2018 video about 3 foods that slow fat loss? I am so confused about Flaxseed now. I had been adding it to my protein smoothies at the end of the day to get fiber, omega 3 and help me feel full, but after some research and your 2018 video about its effects on testosterone, I was about to cut it out and replace with chia. Now I see you add it to your eggs. If you can let me know if and why you have changed your mind, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

  4. Here in France, we eat the famous "salade de pissenlits" wich is dandelion leaves with "lardons" (browned small pieces of bacon), soft or hard boiled eggs, and sometimes croutons or wallnuts.
    Totally keto dish (in the wallnut version) without even knowing it.

  5. Sorry to burst your bubble but I don’t think Keto diet is the only healthy diet for longevity . I feel you do great job when it comes to explaining the science of how stuff work in the body and the mechanism of action and stuff . But we need to understand the basic principle our body has adapted to several types of diets over a million of years and put digestive system is equipped enough to process all sorts of food . The most important aspect to being healthy is living a stress free active life . If one does that the internal energy will radiate on the body and face. Unlike you seems to be really healthy physically but your face looks less radiant and you look like stressed out person. Personally I feel for you because even I am hypochondriac like you which makes stressed with every single aspect . I would like to find way out of eat the best way to deal with this I have realized by experimenting on my self for several years is involve in activity more and eat whatever I crave for and work out twice harder in the gym . I don’t need to spends thousands of dollars to avoid inevitable which decreases my testerone and makes everybody around me uncomfortable. Hope you understand my message .

  6. It'd be cool if you did a video of your family what you all do in a day. I want to know what your wife eats and it'd be cool to see the kids they're so cute I have thyroid issues and want to know what she eats. I know she eats seaweed and Brazilian nuts and takes ashwagandha. My son has autism and would give ideas for children and the keto diet.

  7. Love all your videos and as always this is helpful but a tad bit unrealistic for most. Esp myself who is a frontline health care worker with two toddlers, perhaps the day in the life with your family would appeal to the everyday person trying to do keto realistically, I mean most parents who work full time don't have this amount of time for self care….its sad but true….
