I’m currently on a 10 day fasting retreat on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. The plan is a 2 day juice fast to start, then go into a 6 days water fasting, then end it with 2 days of juice fasting before re-introducing solid food again.
Today we start doing wim hof style ice baths and breathwork every morning to kickstart our bodies and some hot and cold therapy before our own morning yoga and meditation practices in the sun.
This is day 1 of my fasting journey. Starting on just a juice cleanse first, before we enter into the water fasting.
