  1. If I ate in surplus of 200 calories above maintenance from fats only for a week will I gain weight? I asked myself this because fats on its own I learned really has little response when it comes to insulin,but insulin is responsible for storing food energy as fat right? so without insulin being elevated to do its job, how can i gain weight when eating in a surplus of calories ? can anyone share some info?
