  1. I'd actually love to see a video of you talking through how you personally spread out your protein meals in light of optimal MPS. I know this video showed a little bit about it, but a focused discussion would be cool. Just an idea!

    How much steps are you doing daily? And how are you traking it? (All if them or just tout walk)
    Is a little bit more carb and fat at dinner would help with sleep quality?
