I can relate to this i went from 330 to now to 260, my lean body mass is around the 170lbs of lean muscle mass and throughout that Im still at the same lean muscle mass, should I still want to hit 200 this upcoming year and im hitting a bit of a plateau, any advice

incredible advice and wisdom, gentlemen.
i think cardio, done right, aids in recovery from resistance training. conversely, being too sedentary compromises gainz from the gym.
i think very fat/overweight people also have a lot of excess protein in their bodies (excess skin, oversized organs, damaged/malfunctioning tissues) that can (and should!) be utilized as they recalibrate their nutrition for better health.

Never start with high protein if your body isn’t used to it. The uncomfortable gut and gas will wipe out people quicker than the rona. Slowly increase you’ll feel better
