  1. I can relate to this i went from 330 to now to 260, my lean body mass is around the 170lbs of lean muscle mass and throughout that Im still at the same lean muscle mass, should I still want to hit 200 this upcoming year and im hitting a bit of a plateau, any advice

  2. i think very fat/overweight people also have a lot of excess protein in their bodies (excess skin, oversized organs, damaged/malfunctioning tissues) that can (and should!) be utilized as they recalibrate their nutrition for better health.

    just one gym bro's opinion. great video.

  3. Great podcast. On the topic of hunger, once you get comfortable with being a little hungry…you kind of know that you now have control of food. Having command of what, how much, and when you eat is major.

  4. Never start with high protein if your body isn’t used to it. The uncomfortable gut and gas will wipe out people quicker than the rona. Slowly increase you’ll feel better
