Ice Bath | Recovery | 32° F



I introduced ice bathing to another student, Alicia Stoner. Alicia has a goal to learn kickboxing and compete in the ring atleast one time. After our first session a few days ago we were both sore so it was a great time to do some ice bath recovery. She surprisingly did 6 minutes her first time, most people only do one or two minutes. This is an amazing way to strengthen every single part of your body so I encourage everyone to research the benefits and give it a try.

  1. Willie the ice bath is one of the hardest things for me to do but it is so beneficial like you said. When she went full in my heart dropped lol. I am just so anti cold water, but I understand that it is strengthening my mental too. I got to overcome that fear and just do it. This video really motivated me to give it another try the next opportunity thatI get. Keep on grinding bro 💪🏾
