I introduced ice bathing to another student, Alicia Stoner. Alicia has a goal to learn kickboxing and compete in the ring atleast one time. After our first session a few days ago we were both sore so it was a great time to do some ice bath recovery. She surprisingly did 6 minutes her first time, most people only do one or two minutes. This is an amazing way to strengthen every single part of your body so I encourage everyone to research the benefits and give it a try.
