How does this work if you choose to fast? If you are doing an extended fast (36 hrs for example) should you eat 2 days worth of calories on an eat day, so the weekly calorie intake is the same?
The more videos i watch of yours the more Im finding serious issues with the macro calculators and apps available. I followed mine blindly at first im at 240 pounds right now. So 15 times mine would be 3600, alsoc10 times my weight would be 2400. My macro calculator told me i needed 1224 calories per day when i started off at just over 300 pounds 😳 since watching your videos I've upped my calories to 1300-1400 calories from the 1200 i was sticking to. I'm not sure i can get up or over 2000 though.
