  1. 30:50 Ray mentions a book on carbon dioxide. I searched for it, but with no reference to a title or author I came up with Meduna, Ladislas Joseph's book Carbon Dioxide Therapy: A neurophysiological treatment of nervous disorders.

    Does anybody know any reference to the book Dr. Peat might be talking about?
