  1. For anyone who struggles with this in the winter: what i do is start the shower hot and cool it down. Hot and cold water both provide very useful health benefits as well.

  2. I have built up from taking a hot shower and just going cold for 15 seconds at the end to fully cold showers 3-4 mins outside in the garden! I love it. It’s been about 7 months. Haven’t been ill at all, which is unusual for me. I got a hose pipe attachment and stand made by karcher for those interested. The breathing techniques are brilliant too.

I,ve read about the many benefits except mine: I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and a painful carpal tunnel síndrome so many times I take a hot shower to “relax” my neck, shoulders, elbows and hands that usually hurts me. The point is: Do you think (or had heard) if it would help me? Or fit with my situation? Thnx

  4. Wim's cold shower / swim has helped my brain heal from a traumatic brain injury. After a long cold shower my balance improves, my eyes improve and my speech improves. I now walk around in the snow wearing a sundress after my cold shower and it is GREAT. In the past I was always cold and now I never experience cold. I LOVE it!
