Eating Based on Ray Cronise's Book, Plant-Based Nutrition



So I guess it is never too late (until you die 🙂 to start eating healthier. I recently met Ray Cronise who is quite the character 🙂 He co-wrote this book https://amzn.to/2PNv3j1 which really appealed to me because I love vegetables but I guess I needed more inspiration and I found it. I am going to try this because if I don’t, I may not have to knock much longer on heavens door to get in 🙂

  1. If you are serious about weightloss you should look into cutting carbs as much as possible. That includes bread, pasta, pizza, rice and all starchy vegetables like potatoes and corn. Going full keto may be too much in the long term but there is no denying it works. Also keep an eye on your glycemic and HbA1c level. Too much insulin in your blood because of too much sugar promotes weight gain. Please look it up because it is all connected. Take care! πŸ™‚

  2. Sincerely, good luck sir. I've not read the book you recommend, but in a way on my own, I figured out, that a mostly vegetarian diet was the answer I was looking, for to loose weight. I spent most of the 2019 with close to crippling back pain, on blood pressure meds, at 313lbsc(I'm 5'9'' and 36 yers old). From May 2019 to Dec 2019 I slowly, very slowly, began to change my diet from a typical America one to a vegetarian one, with the idea in mind that I'd never seen or met a fat vegetarian, and in doing so I lost 30lbs. That 30lbs was easy, it just fell off, with out any physical effort. In Jan 2020 my back finally started to feel better and I started walking, and walking and walking and walking. I've walk over 2000 miles this year and I have lost 81lbs total. I'm not a strict vegetarian, but I try to eat minimal meat as I now believe meat was and is the biggest problem with the American/my diet. Again sir, I wish you, good luck.

  3. That pepper was fine, that’s just telling you it has some serious kick. Vegetables are definitely a good start to loose weight. Eat a little fruit πŸ‰ for nutrition though.
