There are many reasons to take a diet break, but one of the main ones is ADHERENCE.
If you find yourself not being able to adhere to your deficit, and are struggling to hit your workouts with intensity, and no longer making progress with your journey, it may be the perfect time to take a 4-8 week diet break.
Does this mean you will regain weight? Yes…a little. But that weight will come off very quickly and easily once you are ready to jump back into your deficit and finish off your CUT.
