We fill the tub once and get 2-3 uses out of it and then water all the plants and the yard when we are done 😉💪🏽)

  1. Hi there, just a quick few questions. So i've been trying to have cold showers every morning (hot shower first then blasts of cold shower gradually building up the time) and been doing his breathing meditation (the one on his YouTube channel) before i go to bed? Is it ok to do this in this routine? Or should i do the meditation just after i get out the shower? Or does it not really matter? And is your breathing technique during the cold exposure just deep breaths in and gradually exhaling? Also i'm not seeing any effects of the meditation after i've done it, people say they have. a laughing sensation after they have done it but i don't feel anything afterwards and it's kinda frustrating me as i've felt really down in the dumps as of lately. Any tips would be appreciated : )

  2. Would you say before doing ice baths to just do cold baths it's winter here in the UK. I can do cold showers for 3mins. In summer I can do 10mins easy.

  3. Great video. I'm guessing those ice baths are good for your hair. Just a guess 😀
    Now if only I had a beautiful backyard like you do, with a tub like that 🙂
