HEALTHY WAGE – Six month fitness goal using HealthyWage

$100 HealthyWage Sign-up Bonus until 7/13: http://shrsl.com/2dcpi

Using Healthy Wage and all that I’ve learned about habit formation, diet, and exercise, I’m setting out to transform my body over the next six months. This year has been a crazy one, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop setting goals.

💰 Set your own goal with Healthy Wage: http://shrsl.com/2dcpi

Using HealthyWage, I am wagering $600 dollars that I’ll drop at least 20lbs of fat in the next six months. If I don’t hit my goal, I’ll have to pay out $600. With that monetary loss looming over me and this public declaration of my plan, so begins my six month get fit goal. Six months to six pack?

  1. Nice!, One that I would recommend you is trying out calisthenics, I really love it,
basically it's about doing excercise with your bodyweight so that you dont need any place or equipment to do it.
On the video I saw you have a place where you can workout with machines and stuff, so you can do both and thats great!
As someone that has been trying to get fit for a long time, I would suggest that you check out this channels about calisthenics: Browney and Thenx
They have some really motivating videos so, good luck!
And I will also try to get back to it, because the injury I had is now healed, lets see how we do

  2. You've got my support Tyler! 40 pounds of fat and 20 pounds of muscle is lofty, I know from my powerlifting background it's tough to put on that much muscle after the first year or two of training. But will be so cool to watch! If you need or want any advice from a fellow lifter, lmk! Will you be documenting this journey?
