A Day in the Life of a Health Coach (Family, Diet, Movement, Cold Thermogenesis, Work)
My days are always different, except the morning part when we make breakfast and take our kids to kindergarten. I don’t follow any daily routine, I do things I feel like doing. I eat when I’m hungry, I workout according to my energy levels, and I like to challenge myself with different acts that put me out of my comfort zone. Everyday.
