How To Boost Your Metabolism | Protein Ice Cream Recipe

1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup of ice cubes
25 g of protein powder
Optional: Sweeteners or flavourings including salt
Collagen powder

  3. You mentioned "thermogenesis". Thermogenesis is the process of heat production in your body. Meat does create thermogenesis, but it is not the only thing you can do. 1) Here is a thermogenesis shake that works very well for me. I am trying to keep raw garlic in my system. Here is the recipe: In a small blender I add to 1/2 cup of cold water, a frozen cut up small apple, three cloves of garlic, about a tea spoon of fresh ginger, a table spoon of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar, and a table spoon of TJ's red Sriracha sauce — and blend. It tastes fantastic, spicy but not too spicy, and boosts my metabolism all night long. 2) Vanessa, thanks to your wonderful inspiration I just invented a new kind of KETO ice cream,. I want to share it with you. It really works. This is an original idea but I am probably not the first person to do this. Recipe: To a third of a cup of very cold coconut milk, I add a frozen cut up small avocado, a tablespoon of Collagen, and maybe a frozen 1/3 of banana and/or frozen blueberries, and/or other frozen low fructose fruit. I blend it and it tastes fantastic. I find, that for me, a small quantity of certain low fructose fruits, added for flavor does not kick me out ketosis. Where I live, they sell bags of up to ten medium hass avocado's for a couple of bucks. When they just start to get ripe, I throw the whole bag in the refrigerator, and they last for a couple weeks. Then I pull one out, skin it, cut into pieces, put in a small container, and throw in the freezer for a couple hours. It is really easy and makes a fantastic ice cream — it adds fat and all kinds of other things including enzymes. You don't taste the avocado. It tastes like coconut milk blended with fruit, but it has the consistency of soft ice cream.

  4. Yes thank you I would like to see more protein recipes …but I am carnivore 828 days I don’t know if I should be using almond milk….please let me know…I have done cream egg yolk and alulose ice cream

  5. Do you know how many carbs or fiber collagen has? (I make my own from bone both and as far as I know it doesn't have any carbs in it; just protein!
