  1. I've been doing yoga for many years and have been used to the ujjayi breath (10 count in and 10 count out) for calm myself down. When I do the box breathing technique, it feels like it's revving up my heart rate. What is the benefit of holding for 4 count on top and bottom? Am I just not used to it?
