What about when we hit a weight plateaus?
My issue is staying away from too much processed foods. It’s just that they are so easy to throw in the microwave or oven and heat up quickly. I’m too lazy ig lol.it’s also hard when I’m not the one making a lot of my meals since I’m in high school and still living with my parents.
