Because it could be a hormonal issue, or some other health problem that you are dealing with. its always better to get diagnosis just in case.

  2. My issue is staying away from too much processed foods. It’s just that they are so easy to throw in the microwave or oven and heat up quickly. I’m too lazy ig lol.it’s also hard when I’m not the one making a lot of my meals since I’m in high school and still living with my parents.
