I DID THIS EVERYDAY FOR THREE MONTHS – Daily Ice Baths… The Best Way to Build Resistance To Cold?



As the swimming pool was not cold enough, I would train my body and mind using ice baths. I started with 15 minutes, and by the time I left for the UK, I was having daily ice baths of up to 1 hour.
