  1. Our ancestors lived by feast and famine, our bodies are designed to survive that. I started eating like our ancestors five months ago, mostly organ meats, pre-agriculture plants, nuts, seeds, fats. I went from 167 to 137, size 14 to size six. I eat one cup of grass fed, pasture raised meats, and greens, my ratio is 70% healthy fats ( tallow, grass fed butter, coconut oil) 20% protein and 10% natural carbs from seasonal fruits and veggies. I'm never going back. I'm 52 and healthier than I have been my whole life.
