  2. Why would someone need to take L-Carnitine when you get plenty of it in meat, eggs, etc? If they were vegan maybe? If there is something I am missing please tell me, I am open minded!

  3. I noticed that I felt a lot better fasted instead of eating first thing in the morning, i lift in the mornings but I can do it without any food in my stomach with just a preworkout and I feel amazing
