I noticed that I felt a lot better fasted instead of eating first thing in the morning, i lift in the mornings but I can do it without any food in my stomach with just a preworkout and I feel amazing

I have to eat between 6-8:00 in the morning before I go to work. My brother can wait til 12. I have my good days and bad days of eating too much though.
