  1. Interesting, As long as you stick to a 1-2% of omega6 Linoleic Acid you can thrive on a high carb diet as well without extreme fat gain. What is your thought about ketones and the brain research they have done regarding that? You feel so much more focused and energy wise you don't have to eat continously.

  2. 4:05 Cant devoid your brain on carbs, you'll die pretty quick. Gluconeogenisis! Doesnt matter how you do it, your brain is gonna steal the energy it needs. Also, only small particular regions of the brain use glucose only, the rest can run on ketones as well.

  3. There was a this guy I think he was a nutritionist, and he went on a diet of stereotypical junk food. He ended up losing fat weight and increased his good ldl cholesterol while decreasing his bad ldl cholesterol. I wouldn’t take anything I said here as fact since I just saw it in a post online and didn’t read anything else but it’s still interesting. I’d assume he’s the people your talking about with the snickers
