  2. I’m very interested in his theory on BPH. I have minor BPH and just had blood work. DHT, Estradiol, prolactin and testosterone were all in a good range. SHBG was 17 which I know isn’t optimal.

  3. Could we have a full video on Testosterone optimization. I know you touch on it on your ultimate natty stack but I'd love a break down on all your suggestions there and any more if you have any. I tested my testosterone a few times (results over a month, 180, 240, 300, 340 – not sure why it was increasing – never touched PEDs). I'm strongly considering TRT however I want to maximize my natural production before commiting to a life time of pinning.

I wonder if underwear choice or going commando would have any effect, men these days wear briefs, boxer briefs or trunks as underwear, all of which at tighter up against the ballsack compared to old school loose boxer shorts and of course no underwear at all, that would insulate the testicles and also restrict their ability to move freely, another thought that came to mind would be sleeping naked instead of in underwear, as well as cold showers vs hot.
