  2. Quit birth control in February and feel less “fluffy” not as much water retention, my face has gone down in roundness significantly. Lost about 12 pounds cleaning up diet and have been maintaining it but want to lose about 15 more! Need to cut out fat more and reduce my stress now ☺️

  3. So, where do you work that you are able to take a nap whenever you want? I have 3 kids at home and hold a regular job. Sleep is a luxury. I want to give this a try, just trying to wrap my head around it realistically…..

  4. Can we talk about the fact that I have binged watched you guys videos the last few weeks and my nails have grown like crazy!!! Down 9 pounds in about a week in a half just crazy so simple! This lifestyle is so easy! I started at 298 pounds! I have about 6 bananas coconut sugar and coconut water maybe dates sometimes added and I’m good for the rest of the day. It becomes easy to stick to this lifestyle the rest of the day fruit lunch and rice with veggies dinner!!! My mind is not focused on what I’m missing I don’t even want it anymore! I was raw vegan a few years ago lost over 80 ponds but I could not stick to it I was under carbed and unhealthy I did water fasts and the last few years no matter what I have done I cannot lose the weight. It’s been about 3 years since I put the weight back on and doing high carb low fat mostly fruit and sugar I’m dropping weight like crazy! I want your results life long! You have a fan here! I have one question what do you guys think about sea moss. It’s a big deal in the African community have you done any research on it?

I'm very glad you both talked about how you have to commit to a change in life style and have the self-discipline and patience to realize your goals of weight loss and body transformation, whatever that may be. I always tell people that you didn't go to bed one night weighing 120 lbs. and woke up the next day 250 lbs. It was a long process of eating poorly, never exercising and basically abusing your body. Conversely, it's going to take at least a year or more to get your body back in the kind of shape you can be proud of. Everyone wants immediate gratification and quick fixes and it's why quack diets and exercise programs will always exist- they prey on people's need to change themselves quickly. It has nothing to do with reality.

My Doctor had me take a nutrition class and I was eating way too much fat and it was a year long course and I have to watch the total fat content of everything and now I’m riding on the trail and the trail is about 40 miles long and I ride the trail as much as I can weather permitting and I have lost weight
